Ram Amancha hails from a lower-middle-class family that lived in a village near Warangal. He began his education at Swaraswathi Shishu Mandir and continued on to Government school (ZPSS) for grades 8 to 10.

Academic Excellence

Ram’s academic prowess began to shine through when he became the district topper in grade 7 and the school topper in grade 10.

Financial Struggle

In spite of his family’s financial struggles, Ram’s passion for learning and computer technology kept him motivated to pursue further studies. He enrolled in a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree, which had recently been introduced, and successfully earned his bachelor’s degree.

Helping Family

Throughout his college years, Ram continued to assist with the family business, running a small Kirana store by serving as a store boy and cycling to nearby cities to collect goods for his father. Despite his busy schedule of studies and work, Ram’s dedication to his academics remained unwavering.

Passion for Computers

After completing his Bachelor’s degree, Ram’s interest in computer technology led him to pursue a Master’s degree in Information Technology in Chennai.

He was driven by a passion for exploring the inner workings of technology and a deep curiosity about how things were made and functioned. His unwavering dedication and hard work throughout his early life have played a pivotal role in his later success in the field of IT.

Sports

Although he had little time for leisure activities, Ram would occasionally play cricket with his friends. However, most of his free time was spent researching and exploring how electronics worked. His talent for fixing and repairing gadgets, such as TVs, radios, and gaming consoles, made him well known in his village.

Ram’s academic excellence coupled with his supportive nature towards his family have brought him great respect in his village, and he remains an inspiration for many of the young enthusiasts who are trying to achieve their dreams.

Career

During his pursuit of a Master’s degree, Ram Amancha seized an opportunity to work with one of the leading IT service companies, Cognizant Technology Solutions.

He joined as a Programmer, driven by his eagerness to acquire new knowledge and spending extensive hours in the office to excel in his tasks and continuous learning.

Onsite/ United States

His dedication and exceptional performance soon earned him a promotion, and he was subsequently offered an opportunity to work onsite in the United States. This marked a turning point in his career, as he began collaborating with Fortune 500 companies such as AAA, The Hartford, Dell, and Wal-Mart.

In a remarkable achievement, Ram took on a client who was pioneering the implementation of Tele-Medicine in the country. Through his excellence in problem-solving and strong teamwork, Ram and his colleagues successfully implemented Tele-Medicine solutions in every state, leading to tremendous success.

Entrepreneurship

Motivated by this experience, Ram returned to India and ventured into entrepreneurship, starting his first company to support telemedicine clients.

In 2016, Ram embarked on his second entrepreneurial journey, focusing on product development. He launched innovative products such as VanUncle, Ofohho, HappyMinds Mobile App, and TrackMyAd.

Continuous Learning

Simultaneously, Ram never stopped learning and further honed his skills by clearing exams such as PMP (Project Management Professional) and becoming a Blockchain Solution Architect.
